14.6 Cognitive Data Collection: Driver Performance Telemetry Integration

14.6.1 Collection. The Partner authorizes SAIERA Corporation and its designated analytical systems to receive, process, and integrate pre-session, in-session, and post-session driver performance telemetry. Covered telemetry includes physiological, biometric, behavioral, reaction, fatigue, stress, recovery, and cognitive-response measurements produced through Partner systems or approved third-party devices.

14.6.2 Integration. SAIERA may combine covered telemetry with vehicle, environmental, operational, and comparative performance data for analytical modeling, service improvement, safety research, and development of future systems.

14.6.3 Retention. Derived and source telemetry may be retained after expiration or termination of this Agreement. The retention period is perpetual for research and development purposes within the SAIERA Corporation research framework.

14.6.4 Rights. The Partner grants SAIERA a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free right to store, analyze, transform, compare, and derive models from covered telemetry. These rights survive expiration or termination.

14.6.5 Consent administration. The Partner is responsible for obtaining any driver, employee, contractor, or third-party permissions required for collection and transfer.

14.6.6 Competitive separation. SAIERA will maintain internal access controls intended to separate commercial partnership personnel from competition personnel. This clause creates no audit right for the Partner.
