Who We Are
SwipeManager.com is the official website for Swipe Manager: Formula Racing, published by Rusthorn™, a trademark of Cinderpoint Systems LLC. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Cinderpoint Systems LLC.
The Short Version
The game collects no data from you. The website collects minimal data. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.
The Game
Swipe Manager: Formula Racing is a single-player offline game. It does not transmit any data to our servers. All save data is stored locally on your device. We have no access to it.
If you purchased the game through Steam, the App Store, or Google Play, your purchase and account data are governed by that platform’s own privacy policy, not ours. We do not receive your payment information or personal data from any platform.
If the game uses platform-provided cloud save features (Steam Cloud, iCloud, Google Play Games), that data is governed by the respective platform. We do not operate or access those cloud services.
The Website
SwipeManager.com may collect the following through our hosting provider:
- Page views and referrer information (no personal identifiers stored)
- Browser type and approximate geographic region (country level only)
This is standard server log data. It is not linked to any individual and is used only in aggregate to understand traffic patterns.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to the Rusthorn Insider newsletter, we collect your email address for that purpose only. We use Kit (formerly ConvertKit) to manage our mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email. Your email will be removed within 30 days of request.
Cookies
We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider may set functional cookies necessary for site operation.
Third-Party Services
We use only the following external services:
- Kit (ConvertKit): newsletter delivery only, for subscribers.
- Steam / Apple App Store / Google Play: game distribution and purchase processing. We do not receive your personal or payment data from these platforms.
All fonts on this site are self-hosted. No font requests are made to Google Fonts, Adobe Fonts, or any external typography service.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Your Rights
You may request deletion of your newsletter email at any time by unsubscribing or contacting us at legal@rusthorn.com. Because the game and website collect no personal identifiers, there is no additional personal data to request or delete.
If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, you have rights under GDPR / UK GDPR including the right to access, correct, or erase personal data we hold. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be noted with a new “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site or game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
