How to get a refund

Refunds for SwipeManager follow your platform of purchase. The studio does not contest refund requests that meet platform criteria.

Bought on Steam

Use the Steam refund flow: help.steampowered.com. Steam's standard policy applies: within 14 days of purchase, under 2 hours of recorded play. Steam handles the entire process; the studio is not in the loop.

Bought on Itch.io

Email support@cinderpoint.com from the email address used to purchase. Same 14-day window. Refunds are honoured at the studio's discretion within that window for any reason.

Bought directly from the studio

Email support@cinderpoint.com. Same 14-day, 2-hour window applies.

What you don't need to justify

You don't need to explain why. If you meet the platform criteria, you get the refund. The studio does not push back.

What's not refundable

Purchases outside the platform window. The studio's hands are tied by platform policy after the standard window closes; you'd need to take it up with the platform directly.

Bug-related refund?

If a bug stopped you from playing, email support@cinderpoint.com first. Most reproducible bugs get fixed in a patch within a few weeks. If a fix is not possible or you'd rather refund anyway, the platform window still applies.
