1. Who We Are

This website and the game DOMFC: Director of Management Football Club are operated by Cinderpoint Systems LLC (Rusthorn™), based in Cheyenne, Wyoming, United States. By using this site or playing the game, you agree to these terms.

2. Use of This Site

This site is for informational purposes. You may browse it freely. You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute content from this site without written permission.

3. The Game

DOMFC is a single-player football management simulation. The game is sold through Steam (Valve Corporation). By purchasing and playing DOMFC you also agree to Steam's Subscriber Agreement.

The game is intended for players aged 13 and over.

4. Early Access

DOMFC is released as an Early Access title on Steam. This means the game is still in active development. You may encounter incomplete features, bugs, and content that changes between updates. By purchasing Early Access you understand and accept this.

We will update the game regularly. Features described on this site or the Steam page represent our current development intent and are not guaranteed to ship in any specific form or timeframe.

5. Steam and Purchases

All purchases of DOMFC are handled by Valve Corporation through Steam. We do not process payments directly. Refund requests are governed by Steam's refund policy. We do not control and cannot override Steam's refund decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

DOMFC, Rusthorn™, and all game assets, names, characters, systems, and content are the property of Cinderpoint Systems LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any game content without written permission.

Content creators may create and monetise videos, streams, and other content featuring DOMFC gameplay without prior permission. Screenshots and gameplay clips may be used for editorial coverage of the game.

7. Fictional Content

All club names, competition names, governing body names, player names, and organisations depicted in DOMFC are entirely fictional. Any resemblance to real clubs, competitions, organisations, or individuals is coincidental.

8. Newsletter

If you sign up to receive launch notifications, you are subscribing to the Rusthorn Insider list. We will send you updates about DOMFC and other Rusthorn titles. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

9. Disclaimer

This site and the game are provided as-is. We make no warranties about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. Early Access software in particular may contain bugs that affect gameplay.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

11. Changes

We may update these terms as the game develops. The effective date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the site or game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
